Nikolas Tesla

Serbian-American inventor

Nikola Tesla, born on July 10, 1856, in Smiljan, Croatia, was a renowned inventor, electrical engineer, and physicist. Often referred to as a visionary genius, Tesla's contributions to the development of modern electricity and technology are monumental. He is best known for his groundbreaking work in alternating current (AC) electrical systems, which revolutionised power transmission and distribution. Tesla's inventions and innovations span a wide range, including the development of the Tesla coil, wireless power transfer, induction motors, and numerous electrical and mechanical devices. His brilliant mind and prolific imagination made him a pioneer in the field of electrical engineering, pushing the boundaries of science and technology during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Nikola Tesla's legacy continues to inspire and shape the world of innovation, making him one of the most influential figures in scientific history.
