Reading
Welcome to our new School Library!
On Friday 30th June 2023 we opened our new School Library. Our Library was officially opened by Henry who is a pupil in Foundation Stage. Henry has been awarded the role of our first Reading Ambassador-this is in recognition of his commitment to reading and for inspiring others to enjoy books.
Our Class Libraries
Each class has their own class library too, these promote a love of books and inspire us to read for pleasure.
Our Reading Ambassadors
Our Reading Ambassadors are recognised for their enthusiasm, dedication and determination to make a difference with reading. Reading Ambassadors are awarded the role on merit.
Our Library Borrowing Bags
Our Library Borrowing Bags are full of exciting new books for us to read in our classrooms. This time all classes have a borrowing bag full of Geography themed reads.
Our Magazine Subscription
Now you can enjoy a selection of magazines in our Library-take a look at the new editions each month!
Book of the Month
Our classes are presented with a new book each month to add to their Class Libraries, these books have a shared theme for the month.
