We had some statements that we needed to persuade our partner to agree with in English this week.

We have been drawing and painting Still Life and famous Still Life.

Last week we worked together to find the lines of symmetry for different shapes.

In Year 4 over the past week we have been exploring money. The children have used many practical methods to explore this topic in real life contexts and have enjoyed working collaboratively.

Year 4 have been creating History double page spreads about daily life for the Mayans.

This week in Outdoor Learning the children were creating their own mythical creature using natural materials. They considered what it looked like, what it was called, where it would live and why

For our unit on still life we were having a go at gestural drawing, where you use multiple colours to build up the layers of your drawing in a more abstract style.
