Week 6 home learning challenge! Test your measuring skills and follow a recipe to bake your own cake!

Week 5 reading challenge scavenger hunt!

Week 4 Challenge! How many socks long/tall are you? Can you measure your family and order them from the shortest to the tallest/longest? Can you find something taller/longer than you and something that is shorter than you? Let us know what you find! Good luck!

Week 2 Challenge

 

Miss Raymond and Miss Ramplin would like to challenge you to make your own healthy snack animal!

 

Can you discuss with your child whether the foods they are using are healthy and why? Can you show your child how prepare the food safely and with increasing control?

 

Please see the pictures below to give you some ideas on what you could create! We cannot wait to see what you all come up with so please remember to either email or upload your pictures to Tapestry so that we can see your wonderful creations! Take care, keep smiling and happy snacking! laugh

Week 1 Challenge

Miss Raymond and Miss Ramplin would like to challenge the Reception children to get creative and use recycling materials to make their own musical instrument.  Can they talk about which materials they have used and why they have used them?  

 

The teachers would love to see what the children have made.  You can email photos of the instruments to the class email accounts, or make a video of them playing their instrument or performing a song and upload this to your Tapestry account.
