SPaG stands for Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar. In your daily lesson we will give you a focus for you to complete.

 

Our focus this week is spellings.

 

In Year 1 we have a set of words that we need to be able to spell.

 

This week we will be practicing the following spellings:

 

• there
• where
• love
• come
• some

 

Today is the last day of these spellings.  I would like you to write a silly sentence using each of these words (without looking at the spelling).

 

For example:

 

I would love some chocolate.

 

You could even draw a picture to go with your sentences!
