Aesop's Fables
Aesop was a slave and a storyteller believed to have lived in Ancient Greece over two thousand years ago! Over 700 fables are associated with Aesop although it is likely that he didn't write them all himself. It is fascinating that, although they were written so long ago, they still remain relevant to us today.
What is a Fable?
A fable is a short story, typically incorporating animals as characters and always including a moral message about how we should live our lives.
