Phonics

The sound of the day is another alternative pronunciation of /a/, which is in the words: fast, pass and bath. We use this sound a lot but northern speakers do not use this sound and often say the words differently to us.

 

I would also like you to practice the split digraph /o_e/, which is in the words: poke, vote and stone.
