I can change improper fractions into mixed fractions

Today I would like you to watch the video called 'improper fractions to mixed numbers'. You will find this once you have clicked on the above link.

Follow through the video completing the questions as you go along.

TOP TIPS

It is important to remember that a mixed fraction will include a whole number and a fraction (3 4/5) . An improper fraction will see the numerator (top number) become greater than the denominator (bottom number) (5/2). A proper fraction is your typical fractions (1/4). The numerator is smaller than the denominator.

If you are unsure on how this topic here are some extra resources you could watch the support your learning.
