The World Made a Rainbow

In our story this week, The World Made a Rainbow by Michelle Robinson, the little girl told us all about the things she did at home in lockdown. Can you remember what she did? You could use your story map to help you.

She made a rainbow while she was at home in lockdown, rummaged through a memory box, spoke to her friend Violet on the computer and made lots of new, great memories with her family.

While we have been at home I’m sure we have all done lots of different activities. Today, I would like you to brainstorm what you have done in lockdown, such as crafts, cooking and baking, lovely walks you have been on, etc. Have you helped out around the house? Or helped in the garden? Maybe you made a card for your Nanny and Grandad? Have you had a lockdown birthday? Don’t forget all the fun I’m sure you had in the snow!

These do not have to link to your school work although you can if you wish.
