Andy Johnson - Co-opted Governor and Chair

I have been a Parent Governor since my eldest child joined the school in 2009 and am proud to be Chair of this community centered school.  I have just one of my three children left at Spring Meadow with the others having had a great time here before going on to HDHS.  I have lived all of my life in Harwich, attending the old Second Avenue Infants, Mayflower and in to The Harwich School for GCSE and A Levels.  I studies Transport at Aston University, and work for P&O in Ipswich.

I believe that a good education for our children should be available for everyone, regardless of where you live or what school you get your child into, and with my focus as a Governor I can help to make this happen.
